Stay with us if you are looking for comfortable self catering accommodation near the base of Ben Nevis in the Highlands of Scotland. This is an ideal as a base for short breaks & family holidays for couples, groups of friends or clubs. This is a great holiday destination for independent outdoor enthusiasts – all year round – or for just chilling out!

The self-contained apartments Farriers, Forge & Anvil  sleeping  2-7 persons with 1-3 bedrooms. These are all independent & fully self-catered units with showers & toilets within each unit of accommodation.

 Blacksmiths Hostel  sleeps 14 persons in 2 bunkrooms for 4 persons plus one bunkroom for 6. There are 2 shared showers and a communal kitchen and dining room. We are fully self-catered and fully heated. We only let by the room – there are no shared rooms. The whole bunkhouse can be booked for exclusive occupancy.

The accommodation is within very easy walking distance of the new Thomas Telford marina at the end of the Caledonia Canal. Well worth a visit is the new An Cafaidh Mara cafe at the marina. Plus, a good local grocery store and bar  in the village of Corpach make this a convenient base to spend time from.

Nearby local attractions include walking in our fantastic glens and forests; local & steam trains running from  our doorstep (“The Harry Potter” & Jacobite train); quiet roads to explore the Highlands by car, cycle or motor bike; accessible mountain bike trails; boat trips; fishing from the nearby pier; golf, gondola rides to access our ski area at Nevis Range; ski-ing & snow boarding at Nevis Range & Glencoe in winter; an excellent local museum & nearby geological display; The Lochaber Geopark; ten pin bowling at the Nevis Centre. What’s not to like!
